The service
Ellieforms receives your website's form messages, stores them and alerts you. We can't guarantee email or phone delivery, since that depends on other providers.
Plans and payment
Free is free. Pro and Team are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment partner Polar, who handles tax. Cancel anytime; you keep your data and return to Free at the end of the period.
The Free plan's link
On the Free plan, your site shows a small “Sent with Ellieforms” link near the form. If it goes missing, we'll remind you: we never block your form.
Fair use
Messages are unlimited. If your volume is far above your plan's normal range, we'll contact you; we never block or delete messages for volume.
Acceptable use
Don't use Ellieforms for spam, phishing, illegal content, or to collect passwords or payment card numbers. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your website, telling your visitors that Ellieforms processes their messages, and answering their privacy requests.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
